It acts as a consistent and private support system, helping you navigate social situations, regulate anxiety and make sense of what you’re feeling. From quick support during panic or overwhelm to everyday check-ins around energy, food, sleep and communication, the system is designed to be responsive and easy to use.
Alongside this, SocialMentor functions as a structured social network. Users can connect with others, join interest-based groups and access certified therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in neurodivergence.
The platform is intentionally designed to reduce noise and increase safety. There are no photos or videos, and moderation is strict by default to prevent harassment, bullying or harmful interactions.
